Israel Bonds’ Vancouver office is growing and is currently seeking one full-time Administrative / Operations Associate, working in the office. The successful candidate will have strong skills in administration and customer service. They are professional, resourceful, and proactive as the initial point of contact to customers while also providing excellent support to the Executive Director.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and command of the English language, with a high degree of professionalism. They will have initiative and be organized, meticulous, curious, intuitive, process-driven, tech savvy, and efficient. Day-to-day work is accomplished using the
full suite of MS Office 365 applications.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist Executive Director as needed
• Answer phones & emails and schedule in-office appointments with clients
• Greet and welcome visitors appropriately
• Develop relationships with customers, ensuring the highest level of client
experience in every customer interaction in every customer interaction
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Coordinate all mailing logistics, including deliveries and couriers
• Perform other office administration duties as needed

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience using CRM software (preferably
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
