The "I'm Bored" Passover Challenge

Tired of hearing "I'm Bored"?  PJ Library is looking to solve this problem and help you prepare for Passover.

Kids ages 11 and under are invited to create anything that can be used at your Seder, using materials you already have at home.

Let your imagination run wild. You can submit items made from crafting materials, legos, mangatiles, recycled bottles, containers, cardboard boxes and more.

Are  you more cerebal and less crafty? Compose a new tune for a part of the seder.

Do you prefer drawing or painting to crafting? Illustrate some new pages for a haggadah.

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • Create a matza cover
  • Make a seder plate using recycled materials
  • Make an Elijah or Miriam's cup out of a plastic bottle
  • Encourage social distancing by inventing a way to open the door for Elijah while maintaining the appropriate distance.

Anything is acceptable as long as it has some connection to the seder.
