"Beyachad BC" - There is a desire to offer support throughout our community in Vancouver: volunteering in our various agencies, hosting newcomers, and offering mentoring to those who need assistance in integrating into the work force. Volunteer with AICRT
The Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver created the Antisemitism and Israel Crisis Response Team (AICRT) as a temporary organization to supplement its efforts to ensure a vibrant, safe, and secure existence for the Jewish Community in British Columbia - one in which the community is valued, included, and is free to express its diverse religious beliefs and support for the people and land of Israel.
We are helping connect those who volunteer through this form with a wide range of efforts taking place and being planned. Thanks for your interest in this involvement
הפדרציה היהודית של ונקובר רבתי הקימה את צוות התגובה לאנטישמיות וישראל (AICRT) כארגון זמני כדי להשלים את מאמצי הפדרציה היהודית להבטיח מרחב קיום בטוח לקהילה היהודית בקולומביה הבריטית - כזה שבו הקהילה מוערכת ומעורבת ואנשים בה חופשיים להביע את אמונותיהם הדתיות המגוונות ואת תמיכתם באנשים שבארץ ישראל.

Warm Welcome initiative by NCJWC (National Council of Jewish Women Canada) in Vancouver. This initiatives is to support families with children who are newcomers by collecting clothes and other needed items that fit our climate and distribute them to those in need. HFLA (Hebrew Free Loan Association of Vancouver) provides access to affordable credit in the form of a 0% interest loan. HFLA have launched the “Israel Emergency Loan Program” aimed at helping those members of our community who may need to send financial assistance to their loved ones in Israel.
