As your local Federation, proudly connecting the Jewish community across BC, we see the big picture and understand what’s needed here at home. Global conflict and rising antisemitism have made Jewish life here feel more vulnerable. More people are turning to community for connection and to feel safe and secure.
At the same time, the cost of living continues to climb, making participation in Jewish life —from camp and day school to cultural programming—feel out of reach for many. With resources stretched, agencies are doing more with less, delivering essential services under pressure. But they’re not doing it alone. Jewish Federation brings our 30+partners together to strengthen, coordinate, and plan as one. Together, we build something greater than the sum of its parts. Because when we work as one, we go further for everyone.
