please note: priority will be given to services that require personal presence and all other services will continue to be provided by mail.

In addition, as required by the regulations, the services will have to be completed by the consular staff in Toronto, and thus will have to mailed to the Consulate in Toronto after the personal meeting. after the completion, it will be sent back to you.  

all fees will have to be performed by credit card (no debit or cash) - a Credit Card Charging Form will be handed at the appointment.
