Hadassah-WIZO is a national non-political women’s volunteer organization. Supports health, social welfare and education of women and children in Israel and Canada. It is a member of the Women's International Zionist Organization (WIZO). There are 14 Lower Mainland chapters from young women in their 20's to women in their 90's, including a Hebrew speaking chapter. The organization holds public affairs and leadership seminars, as well as a variety of special events and fundraising projects.
