Together with Schara Tzedeck Congregation and the Jewish War Veterans, the VHEC invites you to the annual High Holidays Cemetery Service. Held annually at the Holocaust memorial on the Sunday between the High Holidays, this service affords participants the opportunity to mourn those who perished during the Holocaust at this symbolic grave site.
Keynote speaker Marsha Lederman, Western Arts Correspondent for the Globe and Mail and second generation survivor, will offer remarks entitled “Enough: Thoughts from a Child of Holocaust Survivors on a Tragic Past and Ugly Present.”
Presented by the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre with Schara Tzedeck Congregation and the Jewish War Veterans.
