The Peretz Centre Community seder is unique in Vancouver and a great way for you and your family to celebrate a favourite Jewish tradition in a non-religious but meaningful way. Our seder features our own secular-humanist haggadah, which tells the story of Pesach with emphasis on the social justice aspects; includes a Holocaust memorial ceremony; serves a traditional Passover meal, including chicken soup with matzo balls (vegetarian option available if ordered in advance); and presents the Vancouver Jewish Folk Choir’s Pesach repertoire.
