Each year Chabad secures a group of private donors to support a year end match campaign. While this campaign formally begins in early December noting the dates as a 10 day block as per Federation guidelines, I have submitted this from December 21 to December 31st 2022. Donors are secured through the email list managed by Chabad Richmond This is almost exclusively a passive campaign to the broader donor group via email request and website posting as no active solicitation for the campaign is made once the campaign launches.
