On Tuesday, July 8, 6:30 pm, members of Vancouver’s Jewish community will gather at the Chabad Lubavitch Centre, 5750 Oak St, to celebrate the Rebbe’s life, and reflect on and rededicate themselves to his teachings and ideals. The event which is called ‘Timeless Leadership: An Evening of Inspiration’ is a joint project of the eight Chabad Lubavitch centers in British Columbia. The evening will include workshops by six local rabbis, guest speaker Rabbi Dr. Shlomo Riskin, and a buffet dinner.
