The Community Engagement Summit (May 29–31, 2026 | Whistler) is more than a conference. It is a province-wide gathering focused on strengthening Jewish life across British Columbia — especially in communities that are smaller, geographically spread out, or seeking deeper connection to the broader Jewish community.

Jewish communities across BC are at a pivotal moment. Many are asking:

  • How do we better support our children and youth?

  • How do we protect and advocate for our communities in the face of rising antisemitism?

  • How do we access resources, expertise, and funding?

  • How do we stay connected — to one another, to Israel and to global Jewish life?

This Summit exists to address those questions — together.

Community does not happen by accident. It is built through relationships, shared learning, and intentional collaboration. This weekend creates space for community members, lay leaders, professionals, and families to come together, strengthen their capacity to lead, and shape the future of Jewish life in BC.

This is not just a leisure weekend in Whistler (although it will be fun!), it is an investment in your community.
