Access Your Tax Receipts For Online Donations

It’s time to start gathering together the tax receipts from the various donations you’ve made this year. If you made a gift online at jewishvancouver.com you will have received an email from info@jewishvancouver.com that contains instructions to download your receipt. This only applies to payments made through our website, and includes gifts to the 2012 Federation Annual Campaign and the emergency funds for Hurricane Sandy and Israel Crisis Relief. Payments made through your canvasser, by mail or by calling or visiting our office generated a tax receipt that has been mailed to you.

How to Search Your Inbox for Your Tax Receipt:

  • Open your email inbox.
  • There are three ways to find the email:
    1. Search the words “donation” and "info@jewishvancouver.com”;
    2. Or sort your email by sender so you can see all emails from “info”, and look for "info@jewishvancouver.com";
    3. Or sort your email by subject the line “Your Submission”, which are the two words with which all your Federation tax receipt emails will start, regardless of whether your donation was to the Annual Campaign or something else.
  • Open the email and click on the link to download your tax receipt. Print as many copies as you need to file your taxes and for your own records.
