Annual Campaign Opening featuring Joshua Malina

 

Joshua MalinaCo-star of the current ABC hit drama Scandal lands starring role in Vancouver


Armed with a BA in Theatre Studies from Yale University, Joshua Malina has earned himself a number of roles in critically acclaimed television series.  From 1998–2000, Malina starred as character Jeremy Goodwin on Sports Night. He played Will Bailey on the West Wing from 2002 to 2006 and has a recurring role as President Siebert in The Big Bang Theory.
 

More recently, Malina has enjoyed a co-starring role as Assistant U.S. Attorney David Rosen on ABC's Scandal, considered one of the must-watch dramas on TV. He is also co-creator and producer of Bravo's cable TV series Celebrity Poker Showdown.


A graduate of Westchester Day School, Malina has been active in Jewish affairs for some time. He appeared in Jewish Federation of North America’s “Live Generously” campaign, and starred in a video aimed at Jewish high school students, to prepare them for the possibility that they’ll face an anti-Israel climate on college campuses. Over the last few years, Malina has spoken at dozens of Federations and Hillels across North America.


Malina will enjoy top billing at the Federation Annual Campaign Opening to launch the 2014 Annual Campaign.  Join us as he shares his insights on “How to Make it in Hollywood and remain a Mensch.”
