$500 Just to Meet with your Canvasser!

That’s right, when you meet with your canvasser, an additional $500 will be donated to the Federation Annual Campaign by a group of our generous supporters. That’s above and beyond your campaign gift. All you have to do is meet with your canvasser in person.

Really? I just have to meet with my canvasser?
Yes, it’s really that simple. You could have coffee, go for a walk, or meet for a drink after work. As long as you’re willing to take a little time out of your day to have a Jewish conversation, then $500 automatically goes to the Federation Annual Campaign. That’s $500 that will support programs like peer support for Jewish seniors, leadership training for young adults, and security upgrades for vulnerable community institutions..

Let the conversation flow naturally about the things you care about in our community, in Israel, or in Jewish communities in need around the world. Your canvasser will show you how your campaign gift funds the programs and services closest to your heart.

Where does the $500 come from?
A group of our generous supporters have created this incentive fund to increase conversations about the Jewish community – what each of us cares about, and how we can help. Why? Because through their years of involvement they understand how meaningful it is to make these person-to-person connections. It’s one of the most effective ways to engage ourselves and each other in making our community a better place for everyone.
